Experience Through Their Eyes

Pizza was superb! We ordered The Tree Hugger = loaded veggie pizza. Our waitress was awesome! Three of us ate for under forty dollars and we brought pizza home! The pizza was exceptionally made, not greasy. The street sign was missing which made it difficult to locate. We drove by it the first time however, once we parked and began walking we were able to find it. Great Pizza!

As full time rv'ers and pizza lovers, if we are only in an area for a short period of time we check out at least (1) pizza shop. We chose Carolina Pizza Co. and they did not disappoint. Super thin, crispy crust. We tried the plain, buffalo and the white. Plain was delicious, Buffalo was in my top three of Buffalo but if I were to critique one thing is that it could use more of a wing sauce base and a bit more ranch drizzle. Otherwise, super tasty. Service was excellent and loved the atmosphere.

If you like a fine thin crust pizza then try this place! It was a great stop for the four of us. Everybody enjoyed what they ordered in our party. I got the Washout which was awesome. It had some BBQ sauce, chicken, a type of smoked bacon, pineapple, onions and jalapeno peppers. I'd definitely get it again. Even if you don't like the heat, order it without the jalapenos just so you can try it!

This is the current menu as of September 2022! I'm adding this because previous menus show a jerk shrimp pizza that they no longer do. The written/typed menu under "menus" is current and spot-on! I had the jerk chicken, small. Four slices, on another day it could have fed two of us but I was really hungry The place was hopping, great atmosphere, super-friendly staff and the pizza was just the right side of crispy (most days I prefer a thick crust, I USUALLY prefer a Chicago-style, but this was just right today).

I went to Carolina Pizza Co the other day and ordered the lunch special, which was $8. It was so much food for the price, and good food at that! It came with a side salad, pizza slice, and a drink. The pizza slice was bigger than my hand and had a really thin and crunchy crust. The salad was also a decent size and had plenty of toppings. Overall, really great restaurant, especially for someone looking for a quick idea for lunch! Already planning to come back within the next few days!

The service was great friendly waitress who was working hard to make sure everyone was well taken care of. I came in for the lunch special I got 2 giant slices of pizza with 2 toppings and a drink all for 9 dollars. A pizza is as good as its sauce and this is full of flavor it has a nice acidity and savoriness to it. The cheese is stringy and makes for great cheese pulls. The dough could use more salt. The texture of the crust was great nice crisp with a good chew in the middle. The crust under the sauce I wish was crispier because of how thin the dough is. Overall this is a must try if you are looking for pizza In Boone.
